IRSTCA committee have received the following information from World Sailing regarding the outbreak of the coronavirus. At the moment there are 13 cases within South Africa, in one case someone who caught it had just returned from Italy.

Subject to travel restrictions The Worlds will go ahead as planned, until such time as medical advice changes. In the interim we would suggest you check all your travel and flight insurance details.

Any further news from World Sailing will be posted on the website. It is also worth assessing what your National Sailining Asscoations are recommending. The RYA in the UK has also issued advice.
