We are delighted to announce that Optimum Time - the specialist sports timing company - is supporting the RS Tera class by sponsoring the RS Tera National Championship 2010 at Netley Sailing Club on Southampton Water.
The entry fee for the RS Tera Nationals is £50 per boat (£55 after 20 June) which includes:
• Free camping on site for all participating families (tents and campervans only)
• Event entry fee, registration and transaction charges
• All championship racing
• BBQ & Disco ticket for competitors
• Additional BBQ tickets available at event registration: £7.50 (adults), £5.00 (children)
• Regatta prize giving
• National Pro Champion
• National Sports Champion (note age restricted)
• Top Team
• Many other prizes
RS Tera National Squad 2010-11
Selection for the RS Tera National Squad will be based on;
a) Performance at the RS Tera Nationals, RS Tera Inlands Nationals and 1 x RS Tera Open
b) Coaches may also offer places to those sailors who demonstrate an enthusiasm and commitment to RS Tera racing and sportsmanship on the water.

Accommodation: Camping is available for participating families during the Championship weekend in the field behind the sailing club and boat park, with access to the club's washrooms with shower and toilet facilities. For information about other accommodation in the area please visit the club web site.
Directions: Follow the brown tourist signs for the Royal Victoria Country Park from junction 8 off the M27 or A27 to Netley Village and Hound, and enter the park through the main gate which is at the southern end of Victoria Road. On entering the park follow the shore road - through the black and white gate, which will be unlocked, and continue along the shore to the far end of the park where the club is situated.

Please note - if using SatNav you need to enter the Royal Victoria Country Park via the Victoria Road entrance adjacent to Southampton Water as other routes may take vehicles to a dead end.
